Can I get a Word file?
Yes. Export → Word / Google Docs downloads a .docx with real headings, lists and tables. Upload it to Google Drive to open it in Google Docs.
Does it create tables?
When your text clearly contains tabular data (aligned columns, repeated label/value rows), it's turned into a table. Otherwise it stays as prose or lists.
Will it add content or rewrite my document?
