Quick answers

• Hit the word limit? The free allowance resets on a rolling window. The header in the app shows exactly when.
• Formatting failed? Your words aren't counted when a request fails. Just try again.
• Pasting into Word lost the headings? Use Export → Clipboard, which copies rich formatting, or download the .docx.
• Shortcuts: ⌘/Ctrl + Enter formats, ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + C copies the result.
